Looking for an activity to do during this holiday season? Try taking a fun drive to Longwood Gardens with friends and family. Enjoy beautiful lights and plants throughout 1,077 acres of gardens. Sip on some hot cocoa or coffee and get into the holiday spirit while you explore the theme of Christmas through ornaments, snowflakes and organ sing alongs.

If you check the online schedule, you can attend Longwood on a night where professional local musicians and choirs celebrate the holiday season in the ballroom. Some general tips before you arrive include buying the tickets ahead online and printing them out so it makes it easier for you and the staff. Arrive to your timed visit an hour early so you have time to explore all the gardens have to offer, including the treehouses, bell tower, and outdoor holiday lights.

Christmas ticket admissions cost $30 dollars for adults, $16 for youth, and free admission for children. When you’re done visiting the gardens stop by to grab a bite to eat at local restaurants around, including Four Dogs Tavern, Chadds Ford Tavern, and Catherine’s Restaurant.

The best thing about Longwood Gardens is that the Christmas decorations will be up until January 5th, 2020, so hurry and visit while you can!
