Ever feel like there is nothing to do in Downingtown? Well, you’re in luck, because Downingtown has plenty of activities in store for Fall this year!

Kicking off the Fall season, the Downingtown Fall Fest took place on Sunday, September 30th, from 11am to 4pm. This Downingtown-Thorndale Regional Chamber of Commerce event is sponsored in partnership with Victory Brewing Company, Downingtown Library, and the Borough of Downingtown. Many small businesses and food stands lined the streets of Downingtown for the festival. Some food vendors included Amani’s BYOB, Kono Pizza, Phyllodelphia Greek & Mediterranean, Rita’s Water Ice, Southbound BBQ Company, Zac’s Burger Bus of Chester County, and many more. It turned out to be a beautiful sunny day with perfect weather to enjoy the outdoors. Angel Battiste (’19) attended the festival and shared that his “favorite food vendor was the smoothie truck. There were so many people there, it was crazy.”
